For the first time in Muscat, a courier company will take care of deliveries from door-to-door on the same day for companies, institutions and individuals to ease the pressure for an affordable fee.
With the slogan ‘Everything Within Reach’, Amal Couriers will start working with firms in the business services, retail sectors – food, grocery and healthcare – picking up documents that may have been left back or forgotten in the office.
The company also offers Amal Sentiments, a service to promote social relations and share feelings. This service enables customers to deliver gifts on special occasions when they cannot attend in person.
“A local courier service is a prevalent concept in different parts of the world, and I think the idea will spread rapidly in Muscat because of the development of the country and the growing of social relationships between individuals,” said Faisal Hussain, CEO of Amal Couriers.
“We believe that meeting a customer’s needs is of utmost importance. So we have integrated a team capable of providing high quality service,” he said.
Initially the service will be available through their web-site and phone. A mobile app with an advanced tracking system will be introduced soon to allow customers complete visibil-ity on every consignment at any given time.
