A four-hour outage will be faced by Omantel’s Hayyak customers on Tuesday, the company said in a statement.
A four-hour outage will be faced by Oman Telecommunications Company’s (Omantel) Hayyak customers on Tuesday morning, as the company plans to update a number of exchanges that day.
According to a statement issued by Omantel, the four-hour outage will be from “1am to 5am” on Tuesday.
“In order to enhance the customer experience, we would like to draw customers’ attention to the temporary service outage that will be a result of updating a number of Hayyak exchanges which will take place on Tuesday,” it said.
The company also thanked its customers for their understanding.
