Dear Friends. My Friend got contacted with one of the company base in UK. Person who in charge told him that within 2 days after payment, he will receive his orders. He paid the money via MoneyGram / Western Union. After payment, Company told him that they have a problem with his packages that they had a mistake and send him more pieces. So, he has to Pay 25% of the total Value otherwise shipment will be put on hold. They asked him to transfer money for it, he did it and then again they told that he has to pay the custom and vat. They asked him to transfer money for it. he did it again. After transfer done, again they told him that another problem occurred. They asked him a number of his International Buyer Card (IBC). Since he is a normal buyer, of course he don’t have it. He paid them to make a card for him. Again for the fourth times, they told him that his package is hold because they need his number of Trade Union Permit. Until now his order is stuck there in UAE.
