A restaurant in Al Khuwair was damaged after a cooking gas cylinder exploded in the kitchen, Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA) reported on Friday.
No causalities have been reported.
According to PACDA, due to the explosion, the cars parked outside the restaurant were also damaged.
“The blast took place at The Iranian House restaurant in Al Khuwair resulting in collapse of some parts of the building and damaged some cars nearby the restaurant,” added PACDA in a tweet
