Khareef season (monsoon) will start tomorrow (Tuesday) in Dhofar governorate and will continue until September 21.
The number of visitors to the southern governorate during last monsoon stood at 514,000 with a daily average of more than 5,000 visitors.
Omanis and GCC nationals account for 89.2 per cent of total visitors.
