Shatti Al-Qurum Beach, Mina Fahal Port and Mina Fahal Island will be closed due to the National Oil Spill Exercise conducted by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs starting tomorrow (Tuesday).
The drill, Nawras 2017, will take place in five different locations over the next two days: the Pollution Operations Control Centre, Al-Ghubra Desalination Plant, Marine pollution control operations, along with the beaches listed above.

The Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs is requesting the co-operation of members of the public, and would like to apologize in advance for an inconvenience caused by the exercise.
Locations will be closed to the public between the hours of 8am to 4pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, according to a source.
