Starting from May 2016, the minimum wage for all Omani workers in Oman Pharmaceutical Products company, will be OMR430, including those who will be employed in the future.
In a bid to creating a suitable and stable work environment for the national workforce, the Ministry of Manpower (MoM) has signed an agreement with Oman Pharmaceutical Products to increase the minimum wage of Omanis who are currently employed in the company, and the ones to be hired later.
