It will be organised by the Ministry of Health (MoH) represented by The Royal Hospital in collaboration with the Oman Medical Specialties Board (OMSB) and the Oman Medical Association (OMA), stated a press release.
The conference is expected to witness local and international participation. Participants of the conference will include officials in the medical and assistant medical ranks from The Royal Hospital and the sultanate’s different health institutions, the private sector, and associations in addition to participants from the GCC.
A total of 73 scientific sessions will be held. The First Royal Hospital International Conference will see delegates from specialisations including anaesthesia, adult critical care, child health, medical laboratories, medicine, genetics, oncology, nuclear medicine, nursing, obstetrics and gynaecology, pharmacy and medical stores, radiology, surgery, training and studies, and accidents and emergency.
