Two citizens were arrested by the police in two different places on drug charges and referred to Public Prosecution.
One citizen was arrested by the Directorate General of Drugs and Narcotics Control at Royal Oman Police police in the Wilayat of Bausher on the charges of possession of drugs.
The Drugs and Narcotics Control at the ROP Headquarters of North Al Batinah arrested another citizen in the Wilayat of Al Suwaiq on the same charges.
Both of the arrested citizens have been referred to the Public Prosecution for further investigations.
